March Maddness themed run...line drills. Starting at NSM, we ran leg 1 and back, then leg 1 and back plus leg 2 and back, then leg 1,2,3 and back, then leg 1,2,3,4 and back. 5 miles of intervals plus 1 of warm-up plus recovery.
Leg 1 package = 1:16
Leg 2 package = 5:00
Leg 3 package = 10:00
Leg 4 package = 17:00 (with 7:00 closing mile)
