5 mile MLK tempo, goal - ???, splits - 5:30, 5:30, 5:40, 5:39, 5:41.
CD to Hamp
First real tempo I can remember, except for the cutdown things I do on CSU treadmills. I thought Grogan and I were in 5:30 shape, Grogan said he'd be happy with 5:45s because he works all day, and I thought maybe I wouldn't be very quick either because I'm jumping mileage. We started rolling and stayed pretty consistent. Grogan was feeling better than I was today, so I just let him pull me along. Today was a good day, and the past 3 days have been good, and I need to keep it up if I want to accomplish what I want to at the CLE.
