Comments:
Didn't expect to do the water jumps, so added a little more than I was going to.
Water jumps went well (although it was at the girls height), but then on the last one I landed badly on my left leg, and the outside of my shin tightened up or something but it hurt pretty bad. We'll see how it is tomorrow.
