Comments:
Did 45 minutes on the elliptical at the EB gym, plus a 5-minute cool-down. Cross country program varying in resistance from 3 to 20. The machine said I covered 4.81 miles and burned around 630 calories. Not sure how accurate those things are. Feel pretty good! Probably won't feel as good tomorrow. To reward my efforts, I gorged on Mexican food at Ortega's for dinner.
