1p alone; intended on going slow like 7:00+, I must have been moving quick at the beginning, first 9-10 at ~6:30s, because I was slogging 7:45s for the last 3 miles. lost 5 pounds in fluids over the course of the run, guess I'm not ready for the heat, got a headache and stopped sweating for the last 3 miles.
