Weather: Low 70's and Breezy
Comments:
A little better today, thought we were just doing distance so I didnt do a warm up..why would that happen though? Anyways, did 5x the double hill interval then an extended cooldown. Really sore and tight and obviously didnt geta warmup so..they werent the best. 1st was 49, next was 47, 46, 44 then a 49 or somehwere close to those splits. Then just a run down dudley and backw ith dave and frank. Going down virginia tech tomorrow morning and not coming back til saturday night so probs wont get a run in on saturday. Also, taking a break from the weights for about 5 days just so I can be ready for the meet wednesday then I'll hop right back into it.
