Ran the 1500 workout behind Peter. The heat killed chances of recovery and a workout that should have only been moderately difficult was out of my range for the day. Plan for 1500m on Friday: go out conservatively. Plan for 400: Get out hard first 75m, stay smooth till 250 then drive hard all the way in.
