6:30PM. Sleep: 7 hr. 5 min in gear 10, 8 * 3 min in gear 14/1 min in gear 11, 5 min in gear 10, workout didn't go as well as Tuesday, BBQ from lunch kinda gave me indigestion, stretch, core & pushups.
