no big deal.

workout at the track this morning. we had 3 times 1000 plus 4 times 200. it was supposed to be 5k pace for the 1000's and 3k pace for the 200's. went 3:04 3:04, 3:05. i felt okay, but it was real hot and i was tired during these 1000's. then went like 32 for all the 200's. tried to slow it up but it just wouldn't happen. it was a good workout i guess, but i was dead. then afterwards. got to see justin gatlin and tyson gay! it was so awesome and then tyson gay signed my t shirt which is awesome.
