Weather: sunny, nice (a bit chilly)

Comments:
Pretty good short run over lunch. Kept it short because of yesterday's workout, and because I thought I might have a patient come in. I didn't, so I wound up running about 3.5. Felt good; no knee pain and the calves weren't too sore.

The stride is really starting to feel GOOD, even when I'm tired! Did circuits at work, afterwards.
