Wanted to go a cruise pace. Wound up crashing and burning. Ran the first miles in:

Then I crashed. Legs just seized, then they would open up, then seize again. Stomach felt off again at the start of the run, maybe related? Kind of surprised I held on for the time I did because I knew there was some 6:20s in there.
First real off day in a long time so it's ok. Wednesday's workout even wound up working out alright based on everything.
