First three miles are easiest, slight rolling hills and flat. Last 2 mile are uphill.
Really controlled and easy for the tempo. Sumanth was hurting so I would push him along every time I saw his step slowing but overall real controlled and easy. I was conversational the whole run. Felt the worst first two miles, legs just still had that dead feeling and stomach still felt a little off.
Actually held the long run off til Monday only because my stomach felt so off this morning I didn't want to end up stuck halfway out and in trouble.
