Comments:
Decided to go early because I had a meeting at 7, so went around 11:45 with Drew. Just around the second lake and a little added when we checked for and then stopped for water. Started pretty easy, picked it up just after N. Woodland, and then did the tempo section starting around N. Woodland on the way back. Felt like we were really moving at the end, and it felt good. My hamstrings weren't painful at all and weren't even all that tight by the end. Didn't get the lift in, because everything was closed up, make it up sometime this week.

Stretched outside in the beautiful weather, then abs.
