Comments:
ran the 8x400 outside. 3:30 rest. the first two were really just to get acclimated with running on an outdoor track again, so i went out a bit slower. I ended up going:
69, 68, 65, 65, 65, 62, 62, 64. wanted to go faster on the last one, but took it out too slow, and was starting to feel it towards the end. overall i felt great, a bit sluggish on the first two and the first 65 felt like a bit of a shock, but afterwards everything felt strong and in control. 4 mile warm up, 2 mile cooldown.
