progression long run

For sure the weather is following us. Beautiful day out today. Everyone was doing the progression long run today. I was shooting for around 10 or 11. Aaron and Phil also were going around that, so we left at the regular time. SImple route up NP, onto shaker, turn around at Warrensville, and back on SP. I added a loop around campus to hit 10. We sped up from slow to med fast at lee, then picked it up again when passing lee on the way back. Felt good I think we were clipping pretty fast on the way back. HR was around 170 so... tempoish pace. I felt really good actually.

Lifted down stairs after

Stretch, roll, L7 abs and ice bag. Pretty standard stuff. Back is a little sore after lifting, but not down low, so thats good. Off day tomorrow. Havnt swam laps in a while...
