Early Morning Run

Up and at it early again. It is soo much easier to get my run out of the way nice and early. Onto week 8 of the CR C25k podcast - 28minutes of non-stop running. So far, I've handled it pretty well, although I am going to have to change my route as it is too short at the moment. Today I added a stretch down to the Federation Estate and back, probably only 700m more but enough to get me back home by the end of the session. I will look at increasing the mileage a little next week - will have to work out a new track! Keen to do another Long Run this weekend - hopefully I can squeeze it in somewhere!
