Felt terrible for the progression long run. Thanks to CWade for pulling me through. Split 3/3/3 very exactly. Was shooting for 7:40/7:00/6:35 pace. Instead hit 8:01, 7:00, 6:05. Last leg was longer because we returned via bellfield. Just bounced off warrensville on NP-Shelburne-NP.
