St. Patrick's Day! ruined

Comments:
Ran 7 in the morning. My legs hurt way more than they should have. Went to a St. Patrick's Day brunch. Didn't drink much, didn't feel well. Went home and laid down for hours, then threw up everything in my system later that night. Barely ate or drank anything after 11am because I thought I'd throw it up. On Sunday, every fluid in my body left me, so obviously I couldn't do the double I was planning on. Was finally able to eat again on Sunday night, but obviously couldn't do my long run on Monday. This has been a lost week of training. 4 weeks until race day.
