Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Now that my body is actually retaining some fluid, I went out for a 5 miler. My legs felt incredibly tight and heavy when I started out, but they got better once I stretched out. Felt really good towards the end of my run but decided to just take it easy since I've been so sick. Also, I found out that I can eat granola bars and then run not too long afterwards. Good to know.
