Exercise Type: Bike

Ok bike, havnt been up there in a while. I think the bike might have been busted a little, the pedals felt a little screwy. Watched vids for the first half, which made the second half really boring... actually super boring.
Stretch, roll, L7 hips and abs, all really good self care afterward. Ice bath too. Feeling good, got a workout tomorrow! Spring came at the right time, so we can all get outside.
