hot as balls on the track today. my long intervals are still terrible but my last 300 finally felt good. he said to go kind of easy on the 6's so i went (2:04-2:10-2:15-2:14-2:09) with about 1:15ish rest cause i kept starting with the faster guys. my shins didn't bother me too much today which was good though. then did a 10min tempo and 2 300s at 50 and 44.
