Comments:
Ran 10 downtown from Canton Waterfront Park. 34 minutes in knee locked up out of nowhere. Stretched it, ran a few steps, still locked. Did it again, same thing. One more time, worked itself out.
Ran real easy. Forced myself to a slower pace.
First day in new shoes.
