~23 miles in Perry Hall

2x 10 mile loops, then 2 mile tack on, then honeygo loop add on for relaxing and a little extra.

Wanted to go easy for 20 then pick it up the last 2. Didn't want to go too fast, just pick it up to an honest pace for the last 2 (sub 6).

First 10 mile loop: 65:38

Really surprised by the last two, wasn't intended at all. Kept the pace really controlled the whole run, actually felt stiff on the second 10 only because I felt like I was really holding back a lot. Last mile of the second 10 mile (mile 19) was 6:13; about 3/4 in I picked it up a little to get ready for the last two and separated from Sumanth.

Ran 30 seconds around the park between 10 mile loops as I didn't want to stop and was waiting for Sumanth to be ready to join in.

Ran another 0.8 miles around the park to verify minimum of 22, and cool down a little. Just wanted to tack on, this was a run it was important to be 2 miles over 22 than even 0.1 under 22.
