1200s on da Track

Comments:
I did 5 x 1200 @ 3:33, 3:34, 3:35, 3:34 and then the last I ran with Cwade and took it a bit easier at 3:41.

THen I started the 400s but only did two because my heel started to really hurt. I can't put any pressure on it and was limping during the cool down and am now when I walk. I think time off before it turns into something bad for long term is needed...unfortunately.

I did the lift day 1 + essentials.
