Comments:
Grr thought that this was longer. What ever since my legs and body was pretty tired from yesterday. Ran alone after classes, right as people were heading out to the bus. Felt tired and sluggish going up, better on the way back. Cleveland Hts was getting out of school right as I ran by, which turned into a shitshow. Had to run around the block because there were kids everywhere. Otherwise, just a hot shakeout run. Felt so much looser when I got back. Did some striders on Van Horn which also helped a lot.
HM alone when I got back. All the walk throughs felt good. Got all the flexibility, just need to couple it with the form and the knowledge.
Stretched real well, rolled a ton, then L7 and a leg hang and icing my back and calves. The heat isnt helping with recovery, but I still feel good.
