Apartment Gym Elliptical
6:15AM. Sleep: 8 hr. Had trouble getting up this morning, calves still sore, 5 min at 3, 25 min at 4, 5 min at 3, didn't increase resistance because my HR was in the upper 160s, didn't bother with the I-pod either, stretch, core & pushups, roll, calf raises after work.
