Fun 1500 workout.
700 @ goal pace, 4:00r
2x 600 @ goal pace, 3:00r
5x 300 faster. Coach had me shooting for 74 per lap for the 7 and 6's. I was planning on 54 for each of the 3's but hit 50 or 51 instead. The short rest kept catching me by surprise, but I managed to get through the workout without bonking which was nice.
