track and back, with some water jumps

Comments:
Early run with Phil He had to do the workout, so I went down to the track with him. I wanted to get in some water jumps too, so I ran down with my spikes. Did 3 miles, went through a few jumps, and then we did 3 miles home via Mayfield, Coventry and Euclid Heights. My back was kinda sore after the jumps, I hope it holds up in a race. The jumps felt good though, way better than at this point last year. Also, its different in the race situation, but at least I can do it now.

Got back, stretch, roll L7 Ice cup. Long run tomorrow. Legs feeling better after these workouts.
