Another gorgeous morning, decide to do the same route as Friday except break up the initial mile, saw a family out practicing cricket, surprised out how quick the running sections were, planning on walk/jogging this week and return to full time running next with 35 miles, physical therapy, stretch, 30 Papa Ibis.
