Fartlek 1500 workout with JFrey, 10 x 1 minute on at mile pace, 2 minutes easy pace. Right leg was quite sore coming in and I was careful not to take this workout too hard. That said, it was still tough and wound up getting some pretty solid mileage in.

Lift: abstained from day one because my legs were not up for it.
