Comments:
Rehab work for Rt hamstring - 5X15 seated AB, 5X15 AB pulldown, 8 X15 prone hamstring, 8X15 sit quad/hamstring, 5X15 back, 5X15 door sill stand ups. Lt wt. fast reps. Applied heat. The off to 0700 FPC men's group. No discomfort later. The bad knee is stronger than the "good uncut" knee. Huh??
