Long Run #2

Weather: Cooler, after the rain

Comments:
Set off at about 0730 down past ELSC and along MMCreek, felt a bit sore starting off but warmed to it quite well. Pushed past Oban rd all the way to Highfield Ave and back home - a total of 8.8km according to the council! Not a bad effort.. To date it's my longest run in terms of distance. The time was a bit ordinary (60min+) but I'm still happy with it for the first bout. Being a pretty flat course, I'm going to try and do it every Sunday until I can get my times down.
