Comments:
Jog to au, drills and whatnot. ended up doing 9x300 with target pace at 75-78. Started out 72, 73 (with a very eager Eve and Soraya) then settled into 76, 76, 78 500 m recovery 76, 77, then Boardman Bassett and Samet tagged on to pace (very much appreciated, struggling quite a bit) then 71, 76. Really wasn't feeling good today, could tell even on the warmup jog. Everything felt a lot more tiring, nausea and whatnot, and took a lot more effort than it should have (felt quite stupid doubling over at the end of the last 4 pickups...). Hit target times fine. Taking a bit more time to bounce back up than anticipated, but hopefully this is the last of it! guessing on time
