Jess thought it would be good to xtrain, so did I. We shall see about the workout tomorrow, but it might be better todo on Saturday. Im good with whatever. Its gonna be a game time decision. I wish I could get in the miles, but what will be will be. The real challenge will be getting a qualifying time for All Ohio, But I am sure with some guts thrown in I can get it.
Biked on my usual bike after heating, but it was in a different place. Watched Chappelle show on my Ipod, so it wen by real quick. I was cookin pretty fast.
Static 2, roll and L7 as people were leaving for Emory. Fit in a shortened HM to get the flexibility in. Flexibility is at an all time high. Technique just needs to be fit in, and that takes repetition. I dont need to learn it again, I need to go out and do it. Also did abs and ice bag. Feeling better but not great at the end of the day (still a twinge) game time decision tomorrow. I want to do what smart to race at OWU.
