Urgh

Weather: PERFECT!!! cool, not-too-humid 55 degrees

Comments:
Couldn't ask for better weather... but I would like more sleep and a new set of lungs, please. Breathing was difficult, prolly because I am so terribly sleep-deprived that I don't think I'm going to ever catch up. Went kind of fast for the first mile (was late for church), REALLY slow for the 3 miles in the middle (though I meant for it to be faster... my legs mutinied and decided they'd had enough), and semi-fast for the last mile (was late for work). Also, got shin splints today, most likely because I need a new pair of outdoor running shows (badly!).
