Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Still didnt now how to feel with my hammy. WEntout and gametime decisioned the workout. Power went out right before, and I scared brandon in the shower. Real funny!!! So yea heated and put on the wrap before heading out. It was cold out so we all had on pants and long sleeves (all Black). Warm up felt ok, kinda tight. Warm ups were the same way... I really wanted to go out and have fun doing some hurdles, so I did. We did 6 200s with no water, and i did 4 with water. They were so fun, but I was kinda tight. It will go away by the race, and I know that I will go out there and have fun and run a good time. Ran sub 40 (race pace) for most of them. Just so fun... wrap made it feel warm and loose.
Got back, stretched Static 1, roll, L7 and iced. We did some abs and pushups with COrey and Steve.
So yea, see how I feel tomorrow. THis was good for my race strategy. I might xtrain over the weekend to fully release up. Get to the mileage after that
