8x100m striders
Ran at Ma and Pa Trail, went easy. 67 minutes in my knee had the lockup problem again from a couple weeks ago. Think it is just because of how slow and choppy my stride is running, beats my joints up more than a normal pace. Ran for 70 though and then did striders, striders felt great, no knee issues then.
