10 mile fartlek from Honeygo

Longer recovery than anything I've done in a while. Did it so I could go a little faster for the 'on' sections. When I ran the 'off' sections too I also didn't back the pace down to something easy, kept it honest and a good cruise pace. Off sections I probably averaged 6:00-6:20.
The fartlek took 40 minutes total, only 16 minutes of it was actual 'on' pace.
The middle 8 of the run took 44:50. My last mile which was just a cruise pace on an uphill was 6:00.
Really shocked when I saw the cumulative time but looking back on everything I guess I shouldn't be. Great run though especially considering it was only a fartlek.
