WU through Little Italy to the outdoor track with Phil, Aaron, Peter.
Workout was 3xtempo 1000, 2x400@goal race pace
Decided to take the thousands a little easier than last week. Hit 3:33, 3:31, 3:31, 72, 71. Felt pretty good considering the long run. Shins were a little tight so I did the last 400 barefoot.
Jogged around the field for a mile with the milers, and cooled down through Little Italy with Anna.
Lift:

Shoulder raise (front-lateral superset): 2x5x20db, 1x5x15db
Curls: 3x6x70bar, 1x10x50bar
