Went down to veale today, mostly because I wanted to eat breakfast at fribs, and I was expecting that I would need to xtrain. It has been 4 days with some resting in there, I thought the hamstring would be gone by now. It isnt. i tried to run a little, and it felt like a localized knot. To get me the best shot at racing at Marv frye, I need to take off from running until it is good to go. That means at least 3 days, so Ill bike the workout monday and swim tomorrow. The miles would be good, but for me its all a sunk cost, and there is nothing I can do about it. The only thing I can do is stay positive and get better. One good thing I learned from this is no pain in a race will ever match the pain I feel everytime I cant go for a run...

Stretch, rolled, L7 what I could, and pushups. I am increasing my reps, because I can. Just like L7, I would like to get to 100 for the summer.
