I ran this upon returning from Notre Dame and didn't feel like running very much. I was sore from driving for 5 hours and my stomach was somewhat agitated. Still, this workout was pretty easy and I made it through just fine by zoning out. I didn't time every interval just occasional ones to check if I was getting off pace every once in a while.

My legs were sorer after this than I had expected, though I wasn't otherwise tired.
