One more rest day for the hammy at least. It feels so much better, I might try and run tomorrow. I just want to be able to race at my full potential at the moment. Took Ethans bike out, up meadowbrook past JCU, to green, over to lyman, did the circle, then out to 271 on shaker (the cool shaker bike paths) then back on SP. Saw grogan link and phil out biking. They looked way more professional than me. Biking will never be as good a workout as running. Felt kinda tired, more just nice to get out in the fresh air. I think it was around 15 miles, might be a lil more
