Knew what was right. Ethan was biking too so I got to join him. Workouts were released early, and people didnt really know what was going on. I heard through someone that there was a 1.5 x 2 at tempo and 2 x 800 thing going on. I think it was a 5k workout. I couldnt simulate the hurdle workout on a bike... so I just did the one I heard. So I guess I went 12 warm up, 8:30 hard, 3 recover, 8:30 hard, 4 recover, 2:40 hard, 2 recover, 2:40 hard. 12 cooldown. WTF im just making up workouts at this point. Kinda a tenet from since I hurt my back... Not ideal, but I work with what I have and make the best of it. Heated before, and it didnt really hurt while biking. It was kinda dull sore though. I want to run tomorrow.
Lifted downstair, pretty standard not too sore since it was just 300.
Back up to stretch roll L7 and abs and ice. Rolling felt good, and I think I am back ready to go. Had several inspiring visions of racing while on the bike which got me pumped up. Also, heard a cool Rick Ross song that got me fired up. Once the gun goes off, I need to become Big Meech. Fearless ruthless and dangerous.
