Weather: overcast and a little rainy and windy towards the end
Comments:
10x400 with 2 minutes rest assigned at 2 mile pace, martin assured us it would be hard by the end. As predicted 70's was really easy to hold, so went 69, 69, 68, 68, 66, 65, 65, 64, 64, 62. 62 was really freaking hard but felt really strong. Felt strong the whole workout, very encouraging.
