Crappy Treadmill runs

Comments:
Too tired, busy and too crappy of weather for Hardesty, so I hung out at work afterwards and ran on the treadmil: 1mi easy flat, then 2mi at 10% grade, then some flat, easy miles (3). Worked on trunk posture in mirrors -- I've been really flexed forward! :/
