Weather: hot!
Comments:
Descending miles. Cooled down a half a mile and then lifted weights. Tried to be conscious of my form after the first mile - mile 1 in 7:57 without paying attention to form and turnover turned into low 7's for mile 2 and under 7 for mile 3 with very little extra effort bc I was conscious of my form. Trying to work on it. I already feel like I am getting faster.
