Exercise Type: Run

Weather: perfect!!! cool, not-too-humid 55 degrees

Comments:
Warmed up a little faster than I would have were I running alone, but I think I needed that.
400-1:43
200's: 46, 49, 47, 46, 43 (ran with Courtney b/c the other girls lapped me),45, 52 (I think I forgot how to run?), 44
400-1:59 (yeah I was really tired and TIGHT!)
Cooled down at a nice slow 10+ pace... and it was all I could do to just keep moving and breathing!

During the first 400, there was someone smoking by the track, but there was so much fresh air that I think my lungs managed to open up again not too long afterwards, though it did trigger the sick-to-my-stomach reaction that smoking always give me :( And on the third set of 200's, I started to get those "you ate too much for lunch" cramps... but managed to run through it. Also I was like losing feeling in my calves and arms... weirdest feeling ever!
