Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A bit before the warmup to Sidwell, got that sudden nausea that kept happening last week. Wanted to see if it would be passing thing, no go, got worse after drills so figured I'd mention something. Scratched from the mile to see if it would improve by the 4 or 8 or 2 mile. A bit better by the 4, still felt pretty awful in general. Ran the 4 not very well-froze up coming into the last curve, ended up being a PR, but still majorly lacking turnover. Bad after the 4, ended up cutting it there. Hopefully a passing thing. Bummed, but theres a prospect of a time trial in the next 3 days hopefully. Haven't seen the team look this strong coming off of spring break, which is a very very good sign!! Jogged back. Iffy about skipping strength work today. Passover isn't looking to good with way things are looking with blood sugar whatnot right now.
