Biloxi beach to the beach house

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Nice day: easter brunch at the Beau, then tooling around a bit at HRH, the beach (wave skips), then running back to the house.

Worked on quicker turnover and staying forward. Tired on this run, but generally felt better in the joints, namely the knees and back.

After the run, I had Brandie video me a few times. ICK:

- Braking still, even with the adjustments. This goes to show how badly I was braking!
- TONS of trunk rotation! My gosh! Way too much
- Slight trunk to the L -- not bad after a hot, hour-long run
- Good pelvic depression (R was better than L!)

After a few trials, I got my foot beneath me better, but that's going to be a serious -- but important -- adjustment!!!

R pelvis is feeling about 80% better compared to the mid-week.

Pretty warm...but I had mostly headwind and didn't really feel it.
