Comments:
coach surprised us with a speed workout today. I we did 5x300 with 4min rest cause they were supposed to be fast. My splits were (46-46-47-46-46) which was good for me at least. My best workout so far this season especially for not running very much over break and consuming ridiculous amounts of alcohol on the beach everyday haha.
